Our Japanese section covers the daily-use staples — Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce, Mizkan rice vinegar, Kewpie mayonnaise, Marukan ponzu, and a range of miso pastes from light shiro to deep aka.
The freezer has Japanese-style sushi rice from Kokuho Rose and Tamaki Gold, frozen edamame, gyoza, and Bull-Dog tonkatsu sauce. Our snack aisle keeps Pocky, Hi-Chew, Kit Kat (multiple flavors), Calbee shrimp chips, and a deep mochi ice cream selection.
We can special-order sushi-grade fish — yellowtail, salmon, ahi — with about a day's notice from our fishmonger. Drinks include Pocari Sweat, Calpico, Yakult, and a curated sake and shochu selection.
